About Kharkiv IT Cluster
Kharkiv IT Cluster is a public organization with a dynamic community that unites leading Ukrainian IT companies, educational institutions, and authorities to collaborate on ambitious projects aimed at the development of the economy, the IT business, and the overcoming of common challenges.
Back in 2015, Kharkiv IT Cluster united Kharkiv’s IT companies to jointly overcome the challenges the industry confronted during the country’s economic crisis. Over the years, we have grown stronger and more influential. Even in difficult times, we continued to develop our community, attracting new members from across the country and the world, and expanding partnerships and educational initiatives at both national and international levels.
Today, we are building an environment for technological business globally while remaining deeply rooted in Kharkiv.

My mission is to direct all the activities of the Cluster to the development of technological business and the creation of conditions for its growth in the country and the region, and precisely through this, help in the restoration and creation of the basis for the future development of Kharkiv region - during and after the war.

DEFENCE TECH & DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE
- Launch of ObRii — Defence Swarm: a community of dual-use technology manufacturers
- Opened 15 “Program Your Future” laboratories for digital skills development in schools
- ITBridge: launched a strategic cooperation program between Ukrainian & EU IT clusters
