Kharkiv IT Cluster is among the participants at the Mintsyfra Summit

Last week, Kyiv hosted Mintsyfra Summit 2026 — an event that brought together representatives of government institutions, tech businesses, the digital community, and partner organizations to discuss the future of Ukraine’s digital transformation.

The summit was attended by Olha Shapoval, Executive Director of Kharkiv IT Cluster.

During the event, the Ministry of Digital Transformation presented the country’s new technological course: the transition from the Digital First approach to AI First, as well as the development of the Agentic State concept, in which digital services and artificial intelligence are designed to make interactions between citizens and the state even faster and more seamless.

The summit also focused on scaling digital services, advancing digital education, and developing tools to strengthen Ukraine’s digital economy.

Among the highlighted cases was Kharkiv, named as one of the cities where 5G testing and digital infrastructure development continue despite the challenges of the full-scale war.

For Kharkiv IT Cluster, participation in such events is an opportunity to stay involved in the professional dialogue surrounding the country’s digital transformation and to represent Kharkiv’s IT ecosystem at the national level.

“Today, technological changes are happening extremely fast, which is why it is important that not only government institutions but also technology communities and regional ecosystems are represented in this dialogue. For us, participation in such events is an opportunity to remain engaged in the processes shaping the future of digital Ukraine,” said Olha Shapoval.

Despite all challenges, Kharkiv continues to remain one of Ukraine’s centers of technological and digital expertise.
